Delivery times differ according to the product category. These can be found on the product page. By default, Basic products are shipped immediately (processing time up to 2 business days + up to 5 business days shipping). Innovation products are custom made (processing time up to 6 weeks + up to 5 business days shipping).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically added to the shopping cart. These are adjusted to the size and weight.
These are currently, exclusively within Germany:
LENZ wooden wedge: € 1,95 EUR
LENZ tip-over protection GEN 3.0: € 9,49 EUR

Our products are delivered by Deutsche Post AG, or DHL Paket GmbH.
